She was predeceased by : her parents, Dossie Payne and Claudia Payne (Faulkner); her spouse C. H. Colburn; and her siblings, Dennis Payne and Arlene Kohlmeyer.
She is survived by : her children, Jason Colburn, Heather Leadbetter (Todd), Brad Wheeler (Linda) and Greg Wheeler (Christie); her siblings, Yvonne Hill (Bob) of Clarksville, TN and Melvin Payne (Melody) of Florida; and her grandchildren, Landon, Adam, Alex, Garrett, Molly, Jackson and MaKenzie. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
