He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Gene Horn and Betty Horn (Miller). He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Gibson of Nacogdoches, TX and Brandy Horn of Nacogdoches, TX; and his grandchildren, Levi, Tyler, Ellie, Christian, Jordan, Jasmine, Reese, Aliana, Landon and Sean. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fowler and Sons Funeral Home (16984 U. S. Hwy 67, Neelyville, MO 63954). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the New Hope Cemetery.
