He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Pigg and Dorothy Irene Pigg (Whitwell); and his siblings, Elsie Elizabeth Smith, Franklin Dea, Sherman Wayne and Allen Pigg.

He is survived by : his wife Rowena Payne; his daughter Patricia Ferguson of Doniphan; his grandchildren, Rebecca Ferguson, Kaitlyn Stromatt (Josh) and Derek Ferguson; and his great grandchild Willow.
