She was predeceased by: her parents, William Capper and Nona Capper of Stringtown, Missouri.; her husband Roy Hall; her son Michael Pennington; her siblings, Pauline Brewer, Velma Jenkins, Ilene Williams, Berthie Wyatt, Mary Mitchell, Elmer and Junior Capper; and her family Shirley.
She is survived by: her friend Marilyn Darnell. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Towles Cemetery.
