He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Capp Cudworth and Edna Pearl Peters; his in-laws, Pat and Betty Hambelton; his siblings, Charles, Neal, Donnie, Mike Cudworth, Lucille Wyas and Louise Thornton; and his brother-in-law Gary Decker.
He is survived by: his friends, Kelvin and Sharon; his wife Rita Hambelton; his daughters, Tammy Collins (Doug), Toni Joyce (Brandon) and Teri Emery (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Kylie (Quinn), Easton, Lathan, Ashlyn, Damon, Reagan, Adrian, Keena (Joey), Dakota, Kynslee, Kolt, Kansys, Titus and Leroy; his sisters, Juanita Decker and Geneva Hambelton (Otto); and his siblings-in-law, Peg Cudworth and Tom Hambelton (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ball Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, Missouri.
