Ronnie Watkins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronnie Watkins of Dora, Missouri, who passed away on September 17, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernie Watkins and Geneva Watkins (Lane); his in-laws, Claude and Vera May Lovan; and his sister Amy Luna.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lovan; his children, Lance Watkins (Jessi) of Dora and Tara Land (Brian) of Dora; his grandchildren, Autumn Miller (Nathan), Brian Collins, Jordan Arnett, Drake Arnett, Blaine Watkins and Sydney Watkins; his siblings, Randy Watkins, Connie Williams (Jack) and Becky Smith (Phillip); his siblings-in-law, Stan Lovan (Judy), Brant Lovan, Terry Luna, Brenda Kinney (Bob), Evelyn Thornton (Jay) and Carmen McCarty; Emma May Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home (211 W Main St, West Plains, MO 65775). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Family Life Church (100 Co Rd 379, Dora, MO 65637).
Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, Missouri.
