He is survived by: his wife Kristen Clouse of Dover, MO; his children, Addysen Clouse, Saige Horine, Nate Horine and Hudson Clouse; his sister Mindy Gore of Lexington, MO; his nephew Brenden Gore; and his grandmother Mary Wallace. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
