He was predeceased by: his daughter Makayla; his grandson Cashton; and his grandparents, Billie, Doris Allen, Pete and Jessie Slawson.

He is survived by: his parents, Rick Allen (Connie) and Sharon Mowry; his children, Savanna Allen (Chance) and Austin Allen; his grandsons, Coestyn and Cade; his siblings, Amy Allen-Lett (Trent) and Mike Allen (Honesty); and his siblings' children, Lexie Smith, Hailey Allen and Hunter Allen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Kansas Infant Death & SIDS Network (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) in memory of Makayla, whom he held close to his heart.
