He is survived by: his wife Vicki Jacobs; his sons, Brent Jacobs (Shari) of Drexel, Missouri and Brad Jacobs (Jill) of Drexel, Missouri; his brothers, Don Jacobs (Judy) of Drexel and Ronnie Jacobs (Shelley) of Drexel; his grandchildren, Sarah Hernandez (Jon), Steven Jacobs (Korby), Joey Jacobs (Nina), Bryson Jacobs and Jaclyn Jacobs; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Marlow and Odin; and also Norman Purkey (Sue) of Harrisonville.
