She is survived by: her husband Max Salisbury; and her children, Crystal McCaw of Galesburg, IL, James Wells of California, Brian Hoots of Butler, MO and Rena Hutchison of Galesburg, IL. She is also survived by 4 step children and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
