He was predeceased by: his father Gideon Theoplus Lair; his sister Pam Newell (Lair); and his brother-in-law Joe Grawe. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Ann Lair (Bourne); his wife Joni McNutt; his sister Gail Reichert (Dan) of Quincy, IL; and his brother-in-law Larry Newell of Mustang, OK..
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Durham Cemetery (25320 Abell St, Durham, MO 63438).
Memorials may be made to St Anthony's Hospital for Cancer in Oklahoma City.
