He is survived by: his wife Helen Louise Wilson Lewis; his son Jeremy Lewis (Katina) of East Prairie; his stepdaughter Rhonda Brack (William) of East Prairie; his sister Lou Wright of Kirkwood, Missouri; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Story, Olivia Smith Luder, Jonathan Brack, Pat Strayhorn, Shawndale Williams, Kayleigh Lewis and Trevor Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Kendriya Story, Jersee Story, Wade Brack and Delaney Brack.
