He was predeceased by : his father Roscoe Poe; his spouse Charlett Gene Denning; his daughter Lana Poe; and his siblings, Bill Poe, Hillis Poe, Jean Blasingain, Jackie Arnicar, Flora Carey, Carol Isabell, Alta Blasingain and Freda Poe.

He is survived by : his daughters, Lisa Dawn Curvin (Ricky) of Fort Orchard and Lorie Leigh Kolwyck of East Prairie; and his grandchildren, Ricky Curvin, Jr., Gabriel Curvin, Aaron Lay, Chelsie Sierra Poe and Alyssa Noel Jernigan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
