He is survived by: his children, Glen David Holifield of East Prairie, MO and Lori Lynn Holifield Hedges of East Prairie, MO; his siblings, Duane Allen Holifield (Denise) of Sikeston, MO and Janet Fay Caudle of Sikeston, MO; and his grandchildren, Hollie Hamblen (Ashley), MarLee Hedges and Jenny Holifield. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
