Herschel left this world on April 20, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wade Riggins and Mary Sue Melton Riggins. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Riggins of East Prairie and Christy Salyer (Sean) of East Prairie; and his brothers, Steve Riggins of East Prairie and Sammy Riggins. He is also survived by five sisters; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
