He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Cade and Carmen Cade. He is survived by: his wife Reba Hamilton; and his sisters, Naomi Lynn (Ray) of Wickliffe, KY and Patricia Tabor of East Prairie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
