He was predeceased by: his parents, Verlon Douglas and LaWanda Douglas; his wife Judy Douglas; LaWanda Hockersmith Douglas. He is survived by: his brother Jimmy Douglas of Benton, KY.; and his children, Karla Davis (Dart), Willy Wood (Debbie), Kristi Peters (Scott), Buck Wood, Melita Gelang (Mario), Patrick Douglas (Melissa) and Shannon Sapp (Ellis). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
