He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harvey Haddock (Edna Mae Alexander Haddock) and Sowinski Farms; and his brothers, Roger Dale Haddock, Dalton Haddock, Collis Haddock, Donnie Haddock and Tony Haddock.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Douglas Haddock, Jr. (Nichell) of Charleston, MO, Jason McKinley Haddock of East Prairie and Jerra Johnson (Frank) of East Prairie; his siblings, Joel Haddock of East Prairie and Paula Burleson of East Prairie; his grandchildren, Kenneth Allen, Jr., Logan Allen, Jerry Douglas Haddock, III, Payton Johnson, Dalton Haddock and Shea Haddock; and his great grandchildren, Clifton, Sawyer, Kyler, Parker, Jaxon, Jerry IV, Olivia, Paisley, Briton, BrinLeigh and Bella.
