He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Patrick and Dorothy Staggs Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Donna Cannon; his children, Jessee Neal Patrick II of East Prairie, Christina Patrick of East Prairie and Jennifer Patrick of East Prairie; his siblings, Larry Patrick (Mary) of Bertrand, Richard Patrick (Karen) of East Prairie, Glenda Hedges of East Prairie, Polly Harris (Jim) of Colt, Joyce Boyer (Mike) of Viburnum, Ellen Patrick of Colt, Sheila Cobb (Allen) of Bernie, Regina Dowdy (Richard) of Dexter, Judy Keyes of Leesville and Kathy Bell of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Patrick of Charleston and Brenda Patrick of East Prairie. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
