She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Tosh (Bill) and Ruth B. Tosh (Edmundson); her son Don J. Mullins of East Prairie; and her sisters, Linda Venezia of Fort Myers and Carolyn Jean Orr of Soddy Daisy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn (Richard Kelly) of East Prairie and Julie Woods of East Prairie; her brother John Tosh of Trimble, Tennessee.; and her grandchildren, Christa Guzman of East Prairie, Bradley Kelly of Springfield Missouri and Levi Mullins of Metropolis, Illinois. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
