He was predeceased by: his father Larry Campbell Parks; his wife Jenny Spicer Parks; and his brother Michael Stacey Parks. He is survived by: his mother Judy Marilyn Scott-Sutton (Richard Sutton) of East Prairie; his stepson John Xavier Ellis of Pensacola, FL; his stepsiblings, Randy Sutton (Amy) of East Prairie and Angie Jones (Steve) of East Prairie; his uncles, Douglas Scott and Greg Scott; and his aunt Janice Drummond. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
