She is survived by: her children, Keith Cook of East Prairie, Randy Cook (Shari) of East Prairie and Donna Jones (Buck) of Bossier City, LA; her grandchildren, Joshua Cook, Landon Jones, Bryan Cook, Dustin Jones, Cynthia Cook-Campbell, Kristen Jones-Brezina, Devin Cook and Charles Rushing; and her siblings, Georgia White, Elmer Mansfield, Brenda Rushing, Pam Arnold and Larry Mansfield. She is also survived by great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
