With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melissa Riley of East Prairie, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 17, 2025 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Sterling and Emma Sterling; her grandson Daryl Riley III; and her brother-in-law James Holman. She is survived by: her children, Nathan Wicker (Shannon) of Surprise, AR, Daryl Riley II (Ashli) of Sikeston, Zak Riley of Dexter, MO, Gunnar Riley of Greenville, IL and Chelsea Wicker (Kyle Bruner) of East Prairie; her siblings, Daniel Sterling of Anniston, MO, Elizabeth Pimentel (Mike) of Anniston and Christie Farmer of Sikeston; her mother-in-law Peggy Riley of East Prairie; her brother Scott; her sister-in-law Jessica Riley of Jackson, MO.; and her grandchildren, Haley, Katie, Kyleeann, Kaylee, Christian, Zakary II, Lane, Jerzie Rae and Kylen Dax. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
