He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Smith Clubbs; and his children, Dewayne Clubbs of Bertrand, Missouri, Johnny (Bobbi Clubbs), Mike (Tonya Russell), Kenny (Glena Tribout), Tammy (Daniel Easley) and Regenia Everly of East Prairie.
