He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson Clarence "J. C." Loflin and Ida Bell Hammontree Loflin; his wife Laura Lee Phillips; and his siblings, Jeffie Jr. Loflin, Jimmy Loflin, Kenneth Wayne Loflin and Barbara Ann Loflin Shands.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Thomas Loflin, Timothy Allen Loflin, Michael Wade Loflin, Jerry Wayne Phillips, Jr. and Pamela Jean Phillips; and his sisters, Brenda Nichols and Mabel Holmes. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McMikle Funeral Home (201 S Center St, Charleston, MO 63834). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Funeral McMikle Funeral Home (201 S Center St, Charleston, MO 63834).
