He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shelby Turner and Martha Ellen Northcutt Turner; his son-in-law Apichat Nat "Nathan" Amornmontrigul; and his siblings, Junior, Billy, Wayne Lee, Mabel, Ada, Ruth, Shirley and Nadene.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue Shands; his daughter Vickie Tasha Turner of East Prairie; and his sister Dorothy O'Dell of Oran.
