He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberta Hall and Charles Hall Sr.; and his brother Donnie Hall. He is survived by: his former wife Charlene Cook of Edgerton, MO; his children, Collin Hall of Marceline, MO, Cristen Carter (Dave) of St. Joseph, MO and Scott Frakes of Shell Knob, MO.; and his brother Jimmy Hall of St. Joseph, MO. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
