He is survived by: his wife Debra Howe of Edina, MO; his children, Ronnie Howe (Jessie Wheeler) of Baring, MO, Kelly Howe (Jerry Schrage) of Edina, MO, Tina Howe of Kirksville, MO, Audrey Detweiler (Joe) of Blair and Lindsey Howe (Philip Strub) of Ewing, MO; his brother Virgil Howe (Toni) of North Carolina; his grandchild Dale Libby; and his cousins, Larry Howe (Mary) of Novinger, MO, Ralph and Jackie Howe of Tacoma, WS.. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
