She was predeceased by : her parents, Brode Parsons and Beulah Parsons; her husband John Nagel; her children, Linda Kay and John Dwayne; her siblings, Waymond (Dorothy Parsons) and Louise (Hershel Bachman); and her brother-in-law Orlando Dennis.

She is survived by : her daughter Dillis Nagel of Columbia, Missouri; and her sister Erma Jean Dennis of Quincy, Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; along with a host of friends.
