He was predeceased by: his parents, David Francis and Carrie Frances Kruger Sharp; his children, Patricia Ellen Brown, Michael Edward Sharp, Robert Joseph Sharp and Russell David Sharp; his son-in-law Parker Withrow; his brothers, Paul (Cecilia Sharp), Robert (Marie Sharp) and Richard Sharp; and his grandson Jimmy Francis Sharp, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Sharp of Edina, Missouri; his children, Barbara Ann Withrow of Packwood, Jimmy Francis, Lisa Sharp of Edina, Debbie and Rodney Barrett of Noble, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Cynthia, Paul, Barbara, Ronnie, Tammy, Sarah, Waunita, David, Shelby, Joey, Savanah, Jeremy and Jennifer; his great grandchildren, Gabriele, Kelsie, Kylie, Derek, Rachel, Tayte, Alainna, Jacob, Lucas, Mason, Creedence, Dakota, Gage, Talon, Isabella, Sophia and Joelle; and his great great grandchildren, Freya and Luna. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
A prayer will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Doss Funeral Home (208 N 4th, Edina, MO 63537). Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (501 N Main, Edina, MO 63537).
