He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Porter and Georgia Mae Farris (Baugham); his son Kelly Farris; and his siblings, Ray Farris, Ben Farris, Alice, Rose and Olive.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Farris; his daughter Angela Underwood (Ray) of Turney, MO; his stepsons, Thomas Morrow (Melissa) of Excelsior Springs, MO and Josh Morrow (Janice) of Kansas City, MO; and his brother Butch Farris (Theresa) of Sibley, MO. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
