She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Belcher and Estaline Belcher (Darnell); her children, David Yeager and Lori Moran; her siblings, Robert Belcher (Mary), Charles Belcher, Larry Belcher, Melba Witmer (Jack), Ruby Benner, Juanita Gooden (Donald) and Carolyn Pusch (David); and her brother-in-law Warren Hamel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Moran, Stephanie Moran (Charlie Barber) and Debbie Moran; her grandchildren, David Yeager III, Andrew Burhman (Jessica), Steven Moran (Samantha), Anthony Bayless, Jerica Holt (Trevor), Ashley Welborn, David Welborn, Derek Welborn, Christine Moran, Melissa Moran, Brianna Barnette (Trey) and Katlyn Evans; her great grandchildren, Xavier, Blaine, Devon, Paul, Kaylee, Cameron, Arianna, Jashaun, Alivia and Oakley; and her siblings, Shirley Dean (Robert) and Roberta Hamel. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
