She is survived by: her children, Russell Wayne Hacker of Independence, MO, Christy Ann Hubbard (Nathan) of Independence, MO and Tamela Jean Brown (Steve) of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
