It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Houk of El Dorado Springs, Missouri, born in Humansville, Missouri, who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his son David Lee Houk; his parents, Russell Houk and Beulah Houk; his siblings, Doyle Houk (Esther), Sharon Jones and Betty Daniels; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Jones and Denton Daniels.
He is survived by : his wife Sharlene Houk of Stockton; his siblings, Helen Daniels of Stockton and James Houk (Mary) of Bolivar; his children, Debbie Houk (Becky Pittman) of Ottawa and Donnie Houk (Lizzy Mallinson) of Lee's Summit; his daughter-in-law Michelle Houk of Jefferson City; and his grandchildren, Melissa Beard (Scott) of Oak Grove, Janis Czirr (Mark) of Blue Springs, Rachel Houk (Joseph Douglas) of Seligman, Russell Houk (Kara) of Booneville, Katelyn McClain (Preston) of Jefferson City, Melissa Hembree (Danny) of Cold Spring, Drew, Chase, Cole, Presli Houk and Cayden of Lee's Summit, Missouri.. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
