He is survived by: his wife Karen Jo; his daughters, Jennifer (Richard) and Leann White; his grandchildren, Olivia, Camie, Garrett (Mackenzie), Blake (Reagan), Preston and Hunter; his great grandchildren, Zaelyn, Kaedyn, Lane, Jase and Raelynn; and his nephew Jared (Rebecca). He is also survived by other relatives and many close friends.
