He is survived by: his children, Shannon Moon (Craig) of Cape Coral, FL, Bresha Duncan-Lexa (Mike) of Eldon, MO, Brittani Walker (Micheal) of Eldon, MO and Brennan Duncan of Eldon, MO.; his grandchildren, Dale Moon Jr., Dylan Moon, Dalton Moon, Tyler Walker, Tanner Walker, Raven Nowack, Fallon Nowack and Brenna Duncan; his great grandchildren, Brantley Moon, Jayda Moon and Dawson Moon; and his siblings, Norman Duncan (Kay), Karen Wood (Kenny), Shirley Godfrey (Ed) and Kathy VanHooser (Dave). He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (5 S Oak St, Eldon, MO 65026).
