He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Scrivner and Ruby Scrivner (Sanderson); and his sons, Douglas Scrivner and Keith Scrivner. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Scrivner; his children, Darren Scrivner and Barbara Urban; and his siblings, Dennis Scrivner (Karen), David Scrivner (Phyllis), Greg Scrivner (Denise), Pamela Williams, Margaret McDowell and Kimberly Marriott. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
