He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles and Anna Mae Smith (Wagner); his siblings, Bob, Jr., Gerald, Carl, Virgil, Larry and Fern; his son Jeff Smith; and his granddaughter Danielle Johnson-Burrow.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Rena of Eldon, MO; his children, Mark T. Smith of Hawk Point, MO and Janine Smith of Eldon, MO.; his brothers, Joe Smith of Elkhart, IN and Dearl Smith (Carol) of Warrenton, MO; his grandchildren, Stacey Johnson Hood, Benjamin, Kayla, Chelsea, Steve, Valerie, Tyler and Matthew; and his sister-in-law Margie Smith. He is also survived by his family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren all his nieces and nephews.
