He was predeceased by: his sister Opal Winters. He is survived by: his parents, Elzie Phillips and Emma Phillips; his wife Norma Phillips (Witten); his brother-in-law Earl Stanley Witten; and his nephew Randal James Phillips.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (5 S Oak St, Eldon, MO 65026). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
