He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Otto and Martha Otto (Rehagen); and his sister Cecilia Brand. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Tannehill (Dana) of Jefferson City, MO and Paul Otto (Holly) of Jefferson City, MO; his grandchildren, Christopher Tannehill (Lauren), Michael Tannehill (Diana Lanis), Ryan Tannehill (Tori Keller), Korie Otto and Brett Ott; his great grandchild Calvin Tannehill; and his siblings, Charles Otto (Bea) of St, Emil Otto, Regina Herx, Rose Werdenhausen, Bernadine Groner, Lawrence Otto, Victor Otto, Roman Otto and Elias Otto.
