He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and JoAnn Smith; and his siblings, Grant P. Smith, Jody Enns and Janet Spoon.
He is survived by: his children, Matt Smith (Rachel) of Sheridan, Wyoming, Tessie Diver (Barrett) of Lake Ozark, Missouri and Casey Smith (Samantha) of Waynesville, Missouri; his great grandchild Hudson Diver; and his siblings, George Smith (Suzanne) of Burlington, Kansas, Mike Smith (Elgena) of Clay Center, Kansas, Tracy Smith (Anita) of Oxford, Kansas and Julie Graham (Eric) of Winfield, Kansas.. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Assembly of God- St. Robert (919 State Hwy Z, St Robert, MO 65584). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Assembly of God- St (919 State Hwy Z, St Robert, MO 65584).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial gifts be made to the memorail fund that has been set up for Scott's grandchildren.
