He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl L. Spriggs and Dorothy J. Spriggs (Almond). He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Nothdurft (Tom) of Kirksville, MO and Todd Spriggs (Melissa). He is also survived by Four Grandchildren Three Brothers One brother.
