She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Callaway and Eula Manes (Lane); her husband Bob (Bob); her son Phillip; her stepdaughter Dr. Joan Moore; and her son-in-law Norman Hart, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, David Prouty of Boise, Dale Prouty of Irvine and Cindy Hart of Eldon. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Gateway Industries or the Eldon United Methodist Church.
