He is survived by: his close friends, Carla and Stacy Bloodgood of Lebanon; and his sisters, Connie Reed of West Plains, Della Wheeler of Nixa, Barbara Woodmansee (Buster) of Bolivar and Sherry Thomas of Willow Springs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
