He was predeceased by: his parents, Denzil Willam Taylor and Ilene Taylor (McMillian); his brothers, Jerry, Lynn, Dennis Taylor, Bill Baker, Ronnie Todd and Rick Norton; his in-laws, Cliff, Barbara Stewart, Larry and Pat McCart; his son-in-law Harold Harvey; his nieces and nephews, Jesse and Katie Taylor; and his great grandchild Ky'Lynn Harvey.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly Taylor; his daughters, Terrill Harvey (Part) and Melissa Lafarlette; his grandchildren, Justin, Nathan, Tanner Lafarlette, Danna and Kaylee Harvey; his great grandchildren, Addison, Ivy Lafarlette and Morgan Lafarlette; and his sisters, Sharlene Baker, Sherry Todd and Sandra Norton. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, cousins.
