He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle M. Johnson and Minerva E. Johnson; his brother Donald; and his wife Lillie B. Johnson. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Cully and Barbara Johnson (Mark); his granddaughters, Casey Zimmerman (Bruce) and Amanda Johnson (Mitch); and his great grandchild Lillie Turpin. He is also survived by several cousins, other relatives, and friends.
