She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Rutledge and Blanche Rutledge (Fry); her husband Robert Bay; her sons, Robert and Jerry Bay; and her siblings, Gene, Lester, Harold, Basil "Bill" Rutledge, Violet Abernathy and Bonnie Crosby.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Bay of Washington and Vicki Holt (Steve) of Ellington; her sister Kathy Rodriquez of Van Buren; her sister-in-law Mary Kay Dungan of Van Buren; her grandchildren, Sara, Krista, Cassie, Kara, Cory, Matthew, Chelsea, Cody and Cheryl; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Cailyn, Serena, Bryce, Zion, Zeplin and Truman.
