It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Fay Cowin (Ellington, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on March 15, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Yuelle Caps Iler and Ruby Ancel Iler (Roy); her husband Jerome Vincent Cowin; her brothers, Roy Gene, Kenneth, David and Donald Iler; her granddaughter Brittany Cowin; her great grandchild Matthew Griffith; and her son-in-law Jess Marler.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Maurer of Licking, Brian Cowin (Melinda) of St. Louis, Donald Cowin (Melissa) of Cedar Hill, Scott Cowin (Jessica) of Wasilla, Tammy Meade (Donnie) of Ellington, Taunya Jackson (Damon) of St. Louis, Danielle Cowin (Zach) of Ellington and Kasey Rizvic (Aladin) of St. Louis. She is also survived by her kids, grandkids and her dog.
