He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ogier and Catherine Ogier (Maloney); his daughter Michelle Sheets; and his siblings, Malcom Ogier and Eileen Pearl.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Ogier of Ellington; his children, Laura Ottinger (Eddie) of Lynchburg, Paula Lang (Pete) of Harrison, Rebecca Horner (Dan) of Harrison, Robert Counts (Barbara) of Spokane and Vernon Counts (Peggy) of Bruceton Mills; and his brother Tony Ogier (Donna) of Lamoni. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
