He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Skaggs and Della Skaggs (Beaver); and his former wife Sharon Skaggs (Conway). He is survived by: his wife Debra Skaggs (Brannum); his stepchildren, David Brannum and Amanda Chilton (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Makenna Chilton, Jackson Chilton and Sawyer Chilton; and his great grandchildren, Isabella, Jameson and Sophia. He is also survived by his family, his nephew, nieces, friends.
